Shipping Policies

Due to COVID-19, the post office may experience some delays in shipping time.

We do our absolute best to process & ship orders within 48-72 business hours.
We are not open on some holidays, but your processing time will begin on the next business day.
Once your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Be sure to keep a copy of this confirmation for your records.
We do not receive any more information than you do from the post office. We may view the tracking information from the same link that you receive when the item is shipped.
All shipments are sent to the address you list at checkout. We are not liable for incorrect addresses, even if you message or email us after checkout. We do not always receive the message before shipping.
All orders are shipped via USPS. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the service used is entirely at our discretion.
We do not ship to more than one address per order. If you would like two different items sent to two different addresses, please place two separate orders with the address & gift message (if applicable) that applies to each order.
We are not responsible for providing insurance on any order. USPS Priority mail automatically covers up to $50 if shipped anywhere in the US.  If you've paid for USPS Priority shipping and a package is damaged, lost, or stolen, it is your responsibility to follow up with them to file a claim.
Damage that occurs during transit will not be reimbursed. We make every effort to package your item with plenty of protection to ensure that it is not damaged. Sometimes during transit, significant force may damage an item, and that is not within our control.
International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving
costs incurred. International first class mail can take 1-6 weeks to arrive. It varies by country and if your package is held in customs. Delays have become much more common since COVID-19 began.
Once we have given a package to the post office, it is no longer in our control. Please inquire about insurance before you place an order if you are worried about this.
If a package is undeliverable, lost, or delayed. Please call the post office to see if there is a way for them to try redelivering or if you can arrange to pick it up from the local post office.
